Erica's TrueNorth Fundraiser

I have two wonderful, amazing, beautiful teenage boys with autism.  The journey has been long, crazy, fun, bizarre, lucky...but the most amazing thing about this journey is the SUPPORT we have received.  We found TrueNorth when my boys were only toddlers, and we have been a part of the Amazing Kids Club program ever since.  Amazing Kids Club is a year round social skills program for children and adolescents with Autism.  Currently Amazing Kids Club in Hanover and Red Lion serve over 200 children and families!

TrueNorth is so much more than autism services.  For children True North meets kids where they are--whether in the home, school, or specialized setting.  Other programs are 

School based therapy which brings mental health professionals into schools.  

Family Based Services which is an intensive community-based counseling that works to keep families together.  

Functional Family therapy helps teens and their families build healthy communication and coping strategies to succeed at home and in community.  

TrueNorth doesn't just end with Children support.  There are residential programs, psychiatric care, drug and alcohol counseling and support, plus crisis care.

Donating during these 24 hours helps TrueNorth Wellness Services unlock "stretch pools" and bonus sponsor funds—exponentially increasing the impact of every dollar you give toward children's mental health.
