Empowering our Dover Students to Soar
The Dover Eagle Foundation was founded in 2009 as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Its mission is to support and enhance educational and developmental opportunities for Dover Area School District students. The Foundation awards classroom grants to educators, provides scholarships to graduating seniors, and supports Dover's school pantry. The Foundation also partners with the Dover Area School District in other initiatives to benefit Dover students.

Student Scholarships
Each school year, the Foundation awards scholarships to Dover Area High School students who are pursuing higher education. This includes trade school, 2-year, or 4-year degree programs. The Foundation has awarded over $11,000 in scholarships throughout the past five years.
Classroom Grants
The Foundation supports innovative learning opportunities through grants and donations. These grants are provided to support projects that enrich the education of Dover students. The foundation has provided over $15,000 in grants to teachers within the past five years. Grant money has helped fund literacy took kits, STEM lab supplies, wildlife cameras/utility vehicles, equine-assisted learning, flexible seating for classrooms, 3D pens, and so much more!
Mission
Our mission is to receive and administer charitable gifts that will enhance and support the educational and developmental opportunities of the Dover Area School District students and their communities.
