Ophelia’s Making Agency’s (OMA) mission is to serve creatives and small and minority-owned businesses taking their next steps toward sustainability. Individuals and companies are guided via personal mentorship with tools and necessary resources.
Excitingly, we have built and provided eleven artists with below-market-rate studios and are working toward more, with a footprint in three buildings in the WeCo district of York.

Mission
The Making Agency’s mission is to serve artists, small and minority-owned businesses, and other creatives in guiding and supporting their next steps toward sustainability. Individuals are advised through personal mentorship, real-world tools, and the necessary industry, professional, and human resources.
An essential part of OMA’s mission is providing approximately below-market-rate studio spaces to actively working artists and creatives. By effectively subsidizing part of the facility costs, the non-profit will be aiding the studio tenants as they increase their artistic skills, become immersed in business and creative mentors and the arts community, and increase the likelihood of their success.
