Women United’s Mirror Program supports individuals who are working to rebuild their lives by providing workforce development opportunities and pathways to employment.
Participants gain hands-on experience and practical skills that prepare them for careers in construction, property rehabilitation, and other skilled trades.
As the program continues to grow, Women United is working to expand the training curriculum used in the Mirror Program to strengthen the educational resources available to participants and increase opportunities for certifications and career advancement.
Support from Give Local York will help us expand the curriculum and provide participants with stronger workforce training tools that prepare them for long-term employment and economic stability.
Your support helps create second chances through skills, training, and opportunity.
