As Tec Centro York’s Community Navigator, she works one-on-one with students facing real challenges like lack of transportation, childcare needs, and financial strain. These aren’t just obstacles—they’re the difference between dropping out and completing a program that leads to a family-sustaining career.

Through her work, students are able to stay enrolled, graduate, and step into new opportunities. But she can’t do it alone.
