Bell's mission to provide an environment of support and empowerment where people can improve their quality of living.
With a vision of a community where people are valued and respected and live with dignity, Bell programs provide housing, socialization, and basic living supports to people living with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disability, and those who are homeless or near homeless.
