At STRIVE Initiatives, we believe transformation is a journey—and everyone deserves the tools and support to succeed. We work with individuals impacted by the justice system helping them chart a new path forward.

As a 501(c)(3) "for purpose" organization serving Dauphin, York, Lebanon, Cumberland and Lancaster Counties, our dedicated team provides hands-on, evidence-based programs tailored to each individual, as well as proactive mentorship for youth seeking direction and purpose.

Through workforce development, housing assistance, life skills training, and case management we open doors to opportunity and stability one person at a time.

We know the early days after release are make-or-break. That’s why we walk alongside our participants every step of the way offering real support, meaningful guidance, and a belief in many chances, not just second ones.
