The York Academy Foundation is on a mission to change York Academy students' lives, and we need your help! Our goal is to assist the school and its educators to develop leaders who will improve our world.
When you choose to give to the Foundation, you choose to impact the young people who mean the most to us - and to many of you! Every dollar donated comes directly back to benefit our amazing students for exciting learning opportunities, impactful off-campus experiences, and scholarships for future graduates.

The York Academy Regional Charter School is a diverse, tuition-free public school that provides a well-rounded, stellar education focused on preparing students for college and beyond. Through the challenging International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, our kind, qualified educators empower students to be lifelong learners who thrive and make a difference. They build critical thinking skills, nurture their curiosity, and develop intercultural understanding and respect for others.
Since international-mindedness is key to the IB framework, students begin learning Spanish in kindergarten and it becomes a major subject through graduation (for all). Students express themselves through our progressive performing and visual arts programs. They also participate in National Honor Societies, sports, extracurricular clubs, and more. Our students connect their learning to the world around them and have access to invaluable opportunities that are unmatched locally.
In addition, 100% of our graduates are furthering their education. Alumni attend Vanderbilt University, Haverford College, Temple University, Wagner College, Bridgewater College and others. In just a few weeks, the Class of 2024 will graduate and start on a path to make their mark! They are well-prepared for life beyond our walls - not just academically, but with self-confidence and resilience. We know they will be successful in all they do!

The York Academy Regional Charter School provides a tuition-free, K-12 education that prepares students to think critically, act with purpose, and succeed in college and beyond.
Through the globally recognized International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, students are challenged to inquire, create, and grow, developing the skills, confidence, and perspective needed to thrive in an ever-changing world. Our high academic standards are paired with innovative programs in the arts, sciences, and design, all within a supportive community where every student is known, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
The York Academy Foundation supports this mission by expanding opportunities that enhance the student experience and help ensure every learner has access to meaningful, life-shaping experiences.
