We created the Mason Dixon Miracle Fund in 2022 for one reason: to help people and their pets. Whether it’s an emergency or an illness you didn’t see coming, we believe no pet should miss out on care because of cost. We’re proud to stand beside our community—especially when things get tough.

At our hospital, we believe that if we’re asking the community to support a cause, we should be right there in the trenches with you. We don’t just expect donations to appear; we work for them. Our team is woven into the fabric of this community. You’ll find us raising funds in the most unexpected places—from getting "inked" at local tattoo parlors to stepping behind the bar to serve drinks for a cause. Whether we’re pushing our limits in race challenges or the Miracle Kitten Club is busy raising funds while literally raising kittens, we are constantly looking for ways to show up.

Our commitment doesn't stop at our own doors. We believe in supporting the community at every level, which is why we are incredibly proud to have donated over $160,000 in service to the SPCA. By strengthening our local shelters and partners, we ensure a stronger safety net for every animal in the region.

The Mason Dixon Miracle Fund is a partner of The myBalto Foundation. The myBalto Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to keep pets with the people who love them, and to support the veterinarians who fight for them every day. They address the growing affordability gap in veterinary care by helping communities come together to support pets and families in crisis. Through innovative technology and a community-driven model, they strengthen local veterinary hospitals and help remove financial stress from critical care moments.
