The Spring Grove Area Scholarship Fund, Inc. is so excited to be part of GiveLocalYork! Our organization has been awarding scholarships since 1994. Our mission statement is to build foundations for our future, one student and one scholarship at a time. Our board of volunteers dedicates their time volunteering each year on various committees. We have several fundraisers each year including a golf outing in July. We receive donations throughout the year ranging from in kind donations, in memory of, and named scholarships from many organizations that believe in our mission to help our graduating students in the Spring Grove Area School District.
It is because of the constant dedication of our amazing sponsors, board and committee members, we have been able to award scholarships worth more than 2 million dollars to approximately 1600 students.
