The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Hanover & Spring Grove has been caring for our community since 1909. As a local, independent, not-for-profit agency, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare in the home and providing compassionate support to patients and families when they need it most. For more than a century, the VNA has remained a trusted presence in the lives of our neighbors across Adams County and southwestern York County.

Today, the VNA provides a continuum of care through Home Health, Palliative Care, and Hospice services, helping individuals receive high-quality, personalized care in the comfort of home. Our Home Health services support patients recovering from surgery, hospitalization, injury, or illness and include skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapies, and telehealth support. Our Palliative Care services help improve quality of life for individuals living with serious illness by focusing on symptom relief, comfort, and support alongside curative treatment. Our Hospice team provides expert end-of-life care centered on dignity, compassion, and support for both patients and their loved ones.
