YWCA York's Aquatics Program has provided a safe place for individuals of all ages to improve their quality of life through physical fitness and health education, with programs that strengthen bodies, build self-esteem, and confidence for 72 years. Our programs are Aqua Exercise, Learn to Swim classes, Lifeguard Training, and our nationally competitive York Synchro team.
