This Give Local York, we invite you to join the York County Bar Foundation in investing in the future of our legal community. With your support, we will award four scholarships to aspiring legal professionals — two through the Richard P. Noll Scholarship Fund and two through the Honorable Clarence "Chuck" N. Patterson Scholarship Program.
Thanks to a generous commitment from the York County Bar Association, every dollar you give will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000, doubling the impact of your contribution!
Established in 1986, this fund supports law students from the greater York area in their academic and professional journeys. In 2024, we proudly awarded scholarships to Madison Butler, a York native studying Construction and Energy Law at Duquesne Kline, and Hunter J. Hazen, a first-generation law student pursuing Sports Law at Marquette University.
💼 The Honorable Clarence "Chuck" N. Patterson Scholarship
This internship provides practical, hands-on experience to full-time law students who spend their summers working in the York County District Attorney’s or Public Defender’s Office. In 2024, Christie Page and Isaac Praseedom gained invaluable exposure to public service law, furthering their commitment to justice and community service right here in York County.
By contributing to these initiatives, you are helping students gain the tools, experience, and inspiration needed to thrive in the legal profession — and encouraging their return to serve in our community.
We would love the opportunity to speak with you about how your support can make the greatest impact. If you’re interested, please let us know a good time to connect and discuss sponsorship or giving options at info@yorkbar.com.
