Donation Disbursements

All you need to know about receiving your MightyCause donations

All donations made through MightyCause using a credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay are collected by the MightyCause Foundation and disbursed to your organization. They provide bi-monthly disbursements through electronic funds transfer (EFT), on the 10th and 25th of each month.

1. Log in to your administrative account.

2. Click on your user icon in the top-right corner, and then select your organization in the dropdown.

Understanding the Disbursement Report

Your disbursement report provides a detailed summary, including the donations included in the disbursement, any adjustments applied, and a final breakdown explaining how the total amount deposited into your account was calculated. Reminder: Donations are disbursed around the 10th or 25th for EFT disbursements and around the 10th of the following month for check disbursements.

At the top of your Disbursement Report, you will see some general information including the date the EFT was processed, your organization information, and the amount deposited into your account.

1.

When your organization receives additional donations, prizes, and stretch pool funds during Give Local York, the White Rose Leadership Institute processes and disburses them as one payment through Ramp by the end of July.

2.

The contact listed under your organization’s Disbursement Settings will receive a payout report from the Give Local York team with details of the award. Be sure to keep this for your records.

3.

Separately, Ramp will email the same contact to notify them that the payment has been issued. The memo line will reference Give Local York.
