I’m not just supporting The Arc of York & Adams Counties this Give Local York, I’m raising money for them because I’ve seen firsthand what they make possible.

Since 1952, The Arc has been helping our community move toward something better, a place where people with intellectual disabilities are valued, included, and given real opportunities to thrive.

They don’t just talk about inclusion, they create it:
 • Preparing students to transition from school to meaningful work
 • Connecting adults to employment and independence
 • Offering recreation programs that build confidence and belonging
 • Supporting families with services that make everyday life more manageable
 • Educating our community to break down barriers and stigma

That’s why I chose to raise money for The Arc of York & Adams Counties.

Because this work matters. Because these stories matter. Because everyone deserves the chance to fully participate in our community.
